World Aids Day 2023
World Aids Day celebrated annually on December 1st, is dedicated to raising awareness to the Aids pandemic caused by the spread of HIV infection. The objective of the programme was to create awareness among the volunteers about the symptoms ,causes and preventives of the pandemic disease HIV/AIDS that has taken unprecedented number of lives.
At the outset Dr. P. P. Adkar Sir welcome our chief guest Dr. ManoharKarade Sir, Director of JayawantraoSawant Institute of Management & Research, Pune. He delivered a brief talk on causes, symptoms and preventive measures of AIDS and HIV virus. At the end of the programme, a rally was organized byJSPM’sJayawantraoSawant Institute of Pharmacy, Hadapsar, Pune-28 by involving young students .
